We are an independent family-and-friends run English language school, located in Sidmouth, Devon - on the South West coast of England. Established in 1976 and accredited by the British Council, we offer a personal, friendly and professional service to all our students. Recognised in the EL Gazette UK Language Centre Rankings for 2024–25, the school is proudly placed within the top 20% of British Council-accredited language centres in the UK.

This year, we are celebrating our 50th anniversary as a school and joining forces with Hello! Exmouth, to bring English experiences to life in small, but mighty communities.

Student accommodation and sleeping facilities

We offer welcoming accommodation for all ages with our vetted homestay providers who welcome students into their homes, providing a supportive environment where you can practise English and enjoy everyday British life.

TRAVEL SERVICE

School transport by coach

We offer travel assistance to/from London Heathrow, including coordination, supervision, and welfare for all students. Meet & Greet services are available for unaccompanied minors during peak seasons or for those who need extra support. Private transfers from anywhere in the UK can also be arranged for added convenience.

SOCIAL PROGRAMME 

Students socialising together

We offer a social programme for all ages, giving students the chance to have fun, make friends and practise their English outside the classroom. With tailored programmes for Adults, Teenagers, Young Adults, and Juniors & Tweens, students can enjoy cultural excursions, sports, games, crafts, beach activities and so much more! Our Teenagers & Young Adults have FREE access to our extremely popular social room.
